Now, what books do I need?

Lou was grinning as she entered the stationary shop, looking around with a glint of excitment in her eyes. For once Rio was in her pokeball and not beside her trainer. Lou moved over to the textbooks, scanning them happily. Then her smile vanished as she found she couldn't remember what she needed, and there were so many there on the shelf...

Oh! Now she remembered! She made a list in case she forgot! Smiling now that she had remembered, Lou pulled the piece of paper out of her pocket, scanning the list. She picked the books she needed and placed them in the basket that was hanging on her arm.

Turning to go over to the stationary she knocked into a pile of books, knocking them over. Quickly she dropped to the floor, hurriedly picking them up and placing them bacak where they had originally been. She was used to this.

Then she moved over to the paper, and other stationary. Smiling happily she took a few minutes to choose and add things to her basket. Satisfied she had what she needed, Lou went to the counter, smiling to the boy behind it as she placed her basket on the counter. In her basket was:

Nerd Edward had been reading as the girl entered the shop. He looked up briefly, but returned to his book as she began browsing. However he glanced up again at the crash frowing. He really wished people would be more careful. However he calmed down sligghtly as he saw her claening it up herself. Normally he was left to do that.

As the girl finally got to the desk he quickly added up all the prices. " That'll be 1275 poke please"

Lou fumbled in her pocket for a few moments, then triumphantly pulling out her purse. She slipped out her card and passed it to him with a smile. She loved to shop, and did carry cash on her, but not that much. Luckily her mum and dad had given her a card that would take money out of an account that had money in it especially for things like her school books and equipment.

Edward glanced to his book as she searched her pockets. He'd just got to the good part, and just wanted to carry on. When she produced a card he sighed. That meant a few extra moments wsted as she typed in the details. He placed the card in the machine and passed it to her.

"Please enter your pin" He asked as he quickly places her purchased items in a bag.

"Uh...what was it again?" Lou said to herself. Then her face lit up as she remembered. "Oh I know!" And she typed her pin. That was close, if she hadn't remembered then she wouldn't have been able to buy her books. She took the bag from him and waited for her card.
